    Louise Harder Fischer is an Associate Professor at the IT University of Copenhagen, where she serves as Head of the Master Programme in IT-Management and Academic Head of Lifelong Learning. She holds a PhD in Management Information Systems and a Msc degree in Business Administration and Computer Science from Copenhagen Business School.


    Her research focuses on how organisations can integrate AI in ways that support employee well-being, professional identity, and meaningful work. Together with her colleagues, she has developed the STAIR method (Socio-Technical AI Reflection), a structured approach to help organisations align AI integration with workplace culture - already piloted in municipalities, government agencies and private organisations.


    Her work spans digital leadership, sociotechnical change, and the future of knowledge work and a frequent keynote speaker at national conferences. She is a member of the Executive Board of the international special interest group "The Changing Nature of Work" and serves as an Editor of the Scandinavian Journal of Information Systems.
