Refund policy
The event cancellation policy is as follows:
| If you cancel… | Then you will… |
| within 5 business days after you book your ticket | be refunded 100% of your registration fee minus €20 handling fee |
| before April 27th | be refunded 50% of your registration fee minus €20 handling fee |
| on or after April 27th | not be eligible for a refund but can transfer your ticket to someone else minus €20 handling fee |
