Content Strategy for Adaptive Content

Adaptive content automatically adjusts to different environments and device capabilities to deliver the best possible customer experience, filtering and layering content for greater or lesser depth of detail. Adaptive content can be displayed in any desired order, respond to specific customer interactions, change based on location, and integrate content from other sources.

Many organizations are focusing on the issues of screen size using responsive design. However, responsive web design only resizes a website; it does nothing to provide the right content in the right context for customers. The only way to create content that meets changing customer needs is to create adaptive content.

This session will:

  •     Provide an understanding of adaptive content
  •     Explain the differences between responsive design and adaptive content
  •     Provide an understanding of how to build a content strategy to support adaptive content
