Firehead is a recruitment and training consultancy founded by CJ Walker in 2007. From our offices in the French Alps, we work across Europe and the globe to promote and improve digital communications. CJ actively supports content professionals develop the skills necessary to move into the age of AI.
Our specialty areas within digital communications span technical communications, instructional design, information architecture, and conversation design.
We love metadata, taxonomies, and all semantic technologies too (linguistics, you know?), and are happy to finally be able to apply linguistic theory to the real world and real clients. Firehead works in English, French, Swedish and Sign Language.
