Tjeerd is a strategic digital consultant at Crossphase. He has worked as Content Manager, Customer Experience Manager, and Online Marketer, creating and improving omnichannel experiences at Dutch National Railways.
He was the founder and product owner of their Conversion Optimization program and is now working as a Digital Consultant at Crossphase. Tjeerd is primarily responsible for developing Crossphase's Conversation Design Branch.
