2022: Omnichannel presentation

Automating the recommendation and delivery of componentized content

In this session, you will see a live demo of a software solution, built by EK software engineers, which greatly improves the accuracy and efficiency of content recommendations across multiple user interfaces inside of a global development organization’s systems. The system includes an interface inside of SharePoint which enables content authors to break up larger documents into meaningful components and submit them to a knowledge graph. The knowledge graph enables the auto-tagging of the individual components with a previously defined taxonomy. This automatically tagged content allows for the efficient recommendation of meaningful components of content to Bank employees within multiple user interfaces and contexts.

If you struggle with the management of lengthy (50+ page) documents in your content management systems, this interactive case study will provide a fresh approach to solving this problem which will spark creative ideas and discourse.

What you’ll learn

In this session, attendees will learn the methods used by EK to help a global development bank

  • deliver its institutional knowledge from isolated silos into a seamless, intuitive, and omnichannel user experience
  • proactively recommend relevant content to users via five different channels
  • improve their efficiency and productivity by supporting the dissemination of expertise throughout the bank and reducing time spent searching for and recreating work.
